Return & Refund Policy

At Betwan Technologies, we value customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. General Returns

• We accept returns within 3 days of purchase, provided that:

  • Goods are in original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Include all manuals, software, and accessories

  • Are not special orders, clearance items, hardware parts, or peripherals

• Products must be in a resalable condition.

2. Defective Products

• Returns for defective products due to manufacturing faults must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

• Manufacturer warranty applies for items beyond this period.

3. Outside Nairobi Customers

• Clients outside Nairobi should contact Betwan Technologies immediately to arrange the return process.

• Delivery or courier costs for returns may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective.

4. Sealed & Special Products

• No returns will be accepted for products sold/delivered as sealed.

• Manufacturer warranty will apply for such products.

5. Credit Notes & Refunds

• A full credit note/refund may be issued if returns take place within 48 hours, provided goods are unused and in original packaging.

• Credit notes may still be issued for returns made after 48 hours but within 5 days, subject to inspection.

• No credit/refund will be issued for returns made after 3 days (unless defective and reported within 24 hours).

6. Packaging & Handling

• All returned goods must be properly packaged in the same condition they were received.

• Items not correctly packaged will attract a minimum 15% handling/restocking charge.

• Products returned without proper packaging or accessories may be rejected.

7. Proof of Purchase

• An original invoice/receipt must be presented with all returns.

• No refunds, exchanges, or credit notes will be processed without proof of purchase.

8. Exceptions

• Clearance, refurbished, or specially ordered items are non-returnable.

• Software, digital products, and consumables are also non-returnable once opened.
