• Same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM.

• Delivery time: 2–6 hours depending on your location.

• Delivery fee: Calculated at checkout or confirmed upon order.

Outside Nairobi (Across Kenya)

• Orders are shipped via reliable courier services (e.g., G4S, Wells Fargo, Fargo Courier, or other partners).

• Delivery time: 1–3 business days depending on your location.

• Customers can collect orders at the courier’s nearest branch or request direct delivery where available.

Order Processing

• All confirmed orders are processed within the same business day.

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM may be shipped the next working day.

• Customers receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message before dispatch.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees vary depending on the size/weight of the product and the delivery destination.
